Delete your account

If My SZN isn't for you, leaving should be as easy as joining.

What happens

  • · Your profile, Keeps, Moments, photos and reflections are deleted.
  • · Anything you shared to The SZN is removed, along with your community name.
  • · Deletion starts immediately and completes within a short defined window.
  • · Limited records may be kept only where the law requires it.

How to delete it

  1. 1. Open My SZN and log in.
  2. 2. Go to Me → Settings.
  3. 3. Scroll to Account → Delete my account.
  4. 4. Type DELETE to confirm. That's it — no email, no waiting.

Can't get into your account? Email support@myszn.app from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
