Terms of Service

Last updated 17 August 2026. This agreement is written in plain English and applies to everyone using SZN. If anything here is unclear, email support@myszn.app.

1. About these terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and SDALabs Digital (operator of SZN) for your use of the SZN app and website at https://myszn.app. By creating an account, or by using SZN, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use SZN.

2. Who can use SZN

You must be at least 16 years old to create an SZN account. If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian first. You may hold one personal account, and you must give accurate details when you sign up.

3. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and let us know at support@myszn.app if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity carried out under it, except where that activity results from our own failure to keep the service secure.

4. Your content

Your Keeps, Moments, photos and reflections remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, reproduce and display that content only for the purposes of operating SZN: showing it back to you across your devices, and showing it to anyone you specifically choose to share it with. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies held in routine backups until they expire.

You confirm you have the right to post what you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or harmful content.
• Don't post other people's content, images or personal details without permission.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to break the service.
• Don't impersonate anyone, or misrepresent an affiliation with SZN.
• Don't use SZN for advertising, spam or commercial promotion without our agreement.

Our Community Guidelines apply to anything shared on SZN Live and form part of these Terms.

6. Seasonal suggestions and third parties

Discover ideas, SZN Picks, recipes, products and places are editorial suggestions. We don't run the venues, shops or brands mentioned, and we're not responsible for their products, prices, availability or safety. Where a link is an affiliate link we will say so on the page. Always use your own judgement about activities, travel, food, allergies and purchases.

7. Subscriptions and payment

SZN Free is available at no cost. SZN Plus and SZN Premium are optional paid plans billed through our payment provider. The price, billing period, renewal date and any trial terms are shown clearly on the checkout screen before you pay, and your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Me → Subscription, and you'll keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a new purchase; where you ask us to start the paid service immediately, that right ends once the period is fully performed. Nothing here affects your statutory refund rights.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Delete Account. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, and we'll explain why unless the law prevents us. Where the breach can be fixed, we'll normally warn you first.

9. Service changes and availability

SZN evolves season by season. We may add, change or retire features, and we'll give reasonable notice in the app of anything significant. We aim to keep SZN available at all times but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and outages happen.

10. Our responsibility to you

SZN offers seasonal inspiration, not professional, medical, financial, travel or safety advice. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where SZN is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use SZN after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the user.
