Managing your details, signing in and leaving if you want to.
Your profile
Your display name, favourite season, household and interests all live in Me → Settings. Change them whenever your season changes — suggestions update with them.
Signing in
- Sign in with the email and password you used to create your account.
- If sign-in fails, check for a stray space in your email and that Caps Lock is off.
- Sign out from Settings whenever you're finished, especially on a shared device.
Password trouble
Password resets aren't self-serve yet. Email us from the address on your account and we'll get you back in.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page. It removes your Keeps, Moments and profile. No hoops, no retention calls.
