What we send
- Buddy check-ins as the season moves through its 13 weeks.
- Reminders for anything you've planned with a date and time.
- Occasional seasonal moments — the start of a season, and your end-of-season Wrapped.
Turning them on and off
Notification preferences live in Me → Settings. Turn any category off and it stays off.
Device permissions
Your browser or phone also needs to allow notifications from My SZN. If you blocked them once, you'll need to re-allow My SZN in your browser's site settings or your phone's app settings — we can't undo that from our side.
